重要信息与指南
- Vehicle as mentioned in the booking will be provided. Extra charges will be applicable if additional vehicle or upgraded vehicle is required due to travellers carrying extra or oversized luggage.
- Vehicle is available for use only till 8 pm ( as per itinerary); for North East India, Vehicle is available only till 4 pm (as per itinerary). Vehicle being kept till late hours will be subject to night charges as applicable and payable directly on ground.
- Ferry for Ross Island leaves at fixed timings and request you to ensure at WSC at the given time.
- July - August is generally rainy season in Andamans and beaches may be closed if climatic conditions are not favorable .Water sports activities and excursions may be subject to weather conditions.
- Due to limited ferries guest may have to wait until their ferries is allotted and we have no control over the wait time
- In case ferry (Makruzz, Coastal Cruise and Green Ocean etc.) is not operational due to weather conditions, technical issues or other unavoidable reasons, We shall make the best possible alternate arrangements. However, We will not be liable for any refund claims arising from this and will not be held responsible for cancellation of ferry
- Please carry change of clothes, towel, cap, sunglasses, sunscreen and wear comfort clothing for doing water sports
- Andamans overall has poor network connectivity hence phones and internet may not work properly. BSNL works the best in almost all island in Andaman
- Andamans overall has very limited ATM’s so we suggest to carry sufficient cash as the EDC Machines (Machines to swipe card) may not work due to poor network
- Language and food culture is influenced by Bengal and Tamil Nadu
- No pharmacies except in Port Blair (Suggest to carry general medicines )
- Cars provided will not be at disposal. It will be at point to point service (customer need to adhere the time line mentioned by the local coordinator to avoid inconvenience)
- Passengers will not be allowed to board the cab in case of wet cloths during tour. Eco-changing rooms (provided by the local authorities) are available at all beaches
- Itineraries may change according to weather conditions and delays
- It is mandatory for all guests to carry valid photo ID’s (Passport/Driving License/Voter ID Card). PAN Card is not accepted at many places as a valid photo ID
- All hotels in Andaman have an early morning check out time (8 AM) and late checkout is provided at the discretion of the hotel management. Luggage can be kept in reception post check out
- The days when you leave early morning for Sightseeing, you need to collect your packed breakfast from the hotel
- While going to Cellular Jail ,please take a guide which is Rs:200 for you to understand the history of the place (Not compulsion)
- Since it is a Coastal area it is advised to carry light clothes, sun glasses and sun screen
- Cellular Jail is closed on Monday and on all Govt holidays. Ross Island is closed on Wednesday and Govt holidays
- Museums at Port Blair are closed on Govt holidays. (Samudrika Marine is closed on Mondays and Anthropological Museum is closed on Thursday)
- Glass bottom boat ride, snorkelling, water sports are at an extra cost at North Bay. (Approx Cost for Snorkelling is Rs 500/- PP for 20-25 mi ns & Glass Bottom Ride is 1500/- PP for 15 mins. Cost may change subject to availability)
- Diving and Sea Walk can be done at an extra cost at North Bay. (Approx cost for Sea Walk is Rs 3500/- PP & Jet Ski is Rs 1000/- PP. Cost may change subject to availability)
- In case of road blocks, the vehicle may need to take an alternate route to get you to your destination. This will be subject to additional charges as applicable and payable directly on ground.
- You cannot go the Radhanagar beach after sunset, so please manage your time accordingly or instructed by the local tour coordinator
- If Elephant beach is non-operational, Nemo Reef/ Kala Patthar will be arranged as an alternative or any other option as recommended by the local tour coordinator
- Guests who have pre-booked Scuba or Sea walk shall be provided the activity in Havelock as per time slot availability.
- It is advisable to seek your doctor’s advice before undertaking activities like Scuba or Sea walk, especially in case of any pre-existing medical issues.

- Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Seat selection and room allocation (including room number, floor, view, and proximity of rooms) are determined by the airline/hotel and cannot be guaranteed.In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.
- The price does not include any personal or incidental expenses, including laundry, room service, minibar charges, beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), tips, portage, and similar services.
- If your stay falls on special dates (like 24th December, 31st December, 14th February, etc.) when hotel organize gala dinner, then there may be mandatory Gala Dinner Charges additional that you need to pay at the hotel directly.
- Country guidelines may change without notice, hence do check travel rules and your eligibility for travel on the regulatory website of the respective country/state, before booking your travel.

- We act solely as holiday organizers. We inspect and select the services to be provided to you. However, we do not own, operate or control any airline, shipping company, coach or coach company, hotel, transport, restaurant, kitchen caravan or any other facility or provider etc. that is engaged to provide you services during the course of your tour. Therefore, please carefully note that:
- You are required to follow the terms, conditions, and rules of each service provider. This includes, for example, airline baggage policies and hotel meal timings. Any consequences arising from non-compliance will be at your own risk.
- If you cause any injury or damage to a service provider, you may be held liable, and any amounts recovered from us in this regard will be charged to you accordingly. Accordingly, we shall not be liable for any delay, deficiency, injury, death, loss or damage etc. occasioned due to act or default of such service providers, their employees or agents.
- We reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.

- Cancellation & Refunds: Hotel cancellations are subject to the respective hotel’s policy. Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for any refund. No refund shall be provided for unused nights (including early check-out) or any unutilized services (meals, transfers, sightseeing, entrance fees, etc.) for any reason whatsoever. In case of medical conditions, any exception will be subject to the hotel’s discretion.
- Transfers, Activities & Tickets: Transfers and activities included in the itinerary are non-refundable if cancelled within 3 days of the travel start date, unless otherwise specified at the quotation stage in the “Points to Note” section, where applicable. Certain services may have separate cancellation policies, which must be adhered to accordingly. Entrance tickets are non-refundable once booked, unless specified otherwise.
- Service Charges: A service charge of 5% of the total booking value will be applicable for cancellations of land services (including activities and transfers), as well as for any amendments.
- Hotel Policies & Timings: Check-in and check-out timings are as per hotel policies. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges payable directly at the hotel.

- For your safety, we will never request payments to be made to a personal account. Please ensure all payments are made only through our official website or to our company’s bank account. If you receive any such request, we recommend verifying it with our team before proceeding.
订舱修改
- If you wish to amend or change your booking, you must submit your request in writing to your travel advisor or email us
- All such requests will be accepted subject to availability. Please note that any amendment or change will be treated as a new booking. If the amendment is made within the cancellation period, cancellation charges will apply as per the date the amendment request is submitted. Applicable cancellation charges will be in accordance with airline and hotel policies.
